Troubadours recount that after the Creation there remained, in the South
of France, a small virgin expanse without a name. The creator then brought together
in his hands everything that had served him earlier, orchards, mountains, forests,
water, and threw them down, saying : "Here will be the Vaucluse".

- The "Giant of Provence", the Mont Ventoux presents a diversity of landscapes
